Gli escursionisti possono trovare percorsi di ogni difficoltà, brevi e lunghi, adatti ad ogni grado di allenamento. Alcuni si svolgono nelle fitte foreste, mentre altri raggiungono le panoramiche dorsali che dividono il comune dalla Valsavaranche e dalla Valgrisenche; tutti comunque, offrono la possibilità di incontrare esemplari di camosci, stambecchi, marmotte ed anche il gipeto, maestoso avvoltoio degli agnelli recentemente ricomparso 
in Valle d'Aosta. 
Non si deve infine scordare l'opportunità di praticare il free climbing sulla palestra attrezzata. Nella stagione estiva si possono effettuare numerose escursioni 
a cavallo. Sentieri e stradine permettono di percorrere in sella itinerari che attraversano villaggi dall'architettura armoniosa.

Les randonneurs trouveront ici des circuits, long ou courts, de tous les degrés de difficulté. Certains serpentent à travers les bois alors que d'autres conduisent aux sommets qui séparent cette commune de Valsavarenche et de Valgrisenche. Ici il peut vous arriver de rencontrer chamois, bouquetins, marmottes et meme le gypaète, cet imposant vautour des agneaux qui a récemment fait sa réapparition au Val d'Aoste. 
Enfin, des murs aménagés offrent la possibilité de faire de l'escalade. Pendant l'été il est possible d'y faire de 
nombreuses promenades 
à cheval.Sentiers et petites routes de campagne permettent de chevaucher à travers des hameaux à l'architecture harmonieuse. 

Hiders can find routes of various difficulties, short or long, suitable to any degree of training. Some of them unwind through thick forests, while otners reach the panoramic ridgeline which separates the commune of Valsavarenche from Valgrisenche. Anyway, they all offer the possibility of seeing specimens of chamois, steinbocks, marmots and even the beardedvulture, the magificenty lamb vulture whic recently reaopeared in the Aosta Valley. At last, we must not forget the opporunity of making free climbing on a practise wall.
In the summer time, a lot of ridings on horseback can be made.Paths and lanes allow to ride along itineraries which cross villages with harmonious architecture. 

Ausfluger finden Strecken auch fur Unerfahrene. Wege die durch dichte Walder fuhren, oder panoramische Bergrucken erreichen, welche die Gemeinde Valsavarenche von der Gemeinde Valgrisenche abteilen; alle jedoch geben die Gelegenheit Gemsen, Steinbocke, Murmeltiere, Bartgeier und machtige Lammergeier zu sehen. Nun soll man nicht auf die Moglichkeit vergessen des "Free Climbing" an der ausgestatteten Palastra.
Im sommer kann man per pferd viele Wanderungen unternehmen. Saumwege und Strasschen geben die Gelegenheit im Sattel kleine harmonische und architektoniche Dorfer zu besichtigen.
